A leading composite manufacturer in Brackley is seeking an HR Assistant to support daily HR functions. The candidate will handle HR administration, payroll processing, and assist with recruitment efforts while ensuring compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include maintaining HR records, preparing contracts, and providing front-line HR support. Crosby Composites (established in 1982) is the number one composite manufacturer in the UK, excelling in the design and manufacture of high-quality carbon fibre parts. Our global customers cover Formula 1, motorsport but primarily automotive, making components and bodywork for some of the most prestigious and outrageous hyper cars in the world. Our services in supporting this include conceptual design, bespoke tolling and manufacturing (with inhouse state of the art spray painting, kit cutting and multiple large autoclaves).
Purpose of the job:
The role of the HR Assistant is to support the day-to-day function at the Brackley site and to support the HR and Office Manager with any requirements The ideal candidate will have previous experience in people/HR and be studying towards or have a L3 CIPD.
This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
