As our Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of dedicated care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support services. You will be responsible for the operational running of the Care Department. The care manager will act as a liaison between clients, their families, care providers, and healthcare professionals, working collaboratively to develop care plans, monitor care delivery, and advocate for the well‑being of clients.
