A not-for-profit charity is seeking a Unit Manager (Clinical Lead) for its care homes in Stourport-on-Severn. The role includes overseeing care delivery, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and providing leadership to care teams. Candidates must have experience in leadership within older people's care and be registered with a relevant regulatory body. Permanent full time 37.5 hours per week for Friends of the Elderly (FotE), a not‑for‑profit charity that has supported older people for over 120 years.
You will work in our care homes Davenham, Bradbury Court and Perrins House, which specialise in dementia care, residential and nursing care. Working closely with the General Manager, you will provide professional guidance and leadership to the care and nursing teams, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice and resident wellbeing.
All staff follow the Safeguarding Policy & Procedures and must report any suspected abuse immediately. A safeguarding culture is central to our values.
