Duty Care Manager at McCarthy Stone, Oakhill Place, Bedford, MK41 8FB.

Contract. Full time. Hours 33.5 per week. Pay: £15.24 per hour day rate; £12.24 per hour night rate; +£1/hour weekend uplift.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, support, and motivate the Care & Support team.
  • Coordinate resident care plans and ensure compliance with high standards.

Pay & Shift Details:
  • £15.24 / hour day rate.
  • £12.24 / hour sleeping night rate.
  • + £1 / hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday).
