A leading care provider is looking for a dedicated individual to assist in managing a care home effectively and ensuring quality care standards for residents. Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager, overseeing care standards, and creating a positive atmosphere. You will assist the General Manager to manage the home smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively in accordance with our operating policies and procedures and all statutory requirements. You will deputise for the General Manager as required and take the lead role in all clinical and care matters. You will ensure the home delivers quality standards of care enabling our residents to live as full and independent a life as possible.
