  • Ensure full support for our residents and enable them to live as fully and active a life as possible.
  • Ensure the home has a happy atmosphere by exercising professional leadership and coordinating the work of all employees, creating a climate of well-being, security and efficiency.
  • Oversee standards of care by ensuring effective audit, supervision and communication take place.
  • Deputise for the General Manager as required and take the lead role in all clinical and care matters.
  • Ensure the home delivers quality standards of care enabling residents to live as full and independent a life as possible.
