The Role

As a Deputy Care Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations, stepping in during their absence, and overseeing the direct supervision and line management of staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of care
  • Promoting independence and choice for our residents
  • Building positive relationships with all stakeholders

Key Skills and Experience

  • Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care
  • Experience in social care
  • Team management experience
  • Flexibility to work rostered hours
  • Excellent leadership and multi-tasking abilities
  • Dementia Care qualification (desirable)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Confident in multidisciplinary meetings
