A rapidly growing retailer in the UK seeks a HR Business Partner for a 2-year fixed-term contract to enhance their Distribution Centre's culture. The role requires onsite presence and encompasses strategic and operational HR responsibilities. To support their people division, they are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner on a 2-year FTC to drive a culture of continuous improvement at their Distribution Centre. This is the most senior HR role onsite and supports a permanent headcount of 650 people, which increases substantially during their peak season. As this role is so operationally focussed where building relationships is critical, the HRBP will be required to be onsite at the distribution centre in Herefordshire four days a week. The role is a 2-year fixed-term contract (FTC).
The package is highly competitive, with a basic salary of up to £75k, plus a potential bonus of 40%.
