A leading recruitment firm in North London is seeking an HR Business Partner to enhance business performance through effective HR evaluation and support. The role involves working closely with management, maintaining performance data, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Candidates should have a degree and CIPD qualification along with strong experience in change management. The position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum and operates on a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm schedule.
Our client, one of the largest specialist providers of mental health services in the voluntary sector located in North London, is currently looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to work on a Permanent basis.
You will be working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30. This role will be paying £45,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with the business, build strong relationships to enable enhanced business performance, capability and motivation.
