A Not-for-profit organization is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner for a 2-3 month assignment starting in February 2026. This role involves supporting managers with strategic HR issues and handling complex employee relations cases. Candidates should have experience in the Not-for-profit sector, along with skills in managing ER cases, understanding EDI, and working effectively within a team. The position requires on-site presence at least once a week, with the remainder of the work done remotely.
I am currently looking for an Interim HR Business Partner for my Not-for-profit client based in East London. The role will be for a period of 2 - 3 months initially, starting at the beginning of February 2026, paying a daily rate of 256.22 through an umbrella company. The role requires presence in the office at least 1 day per week and the remainder working remotely.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your role support and guide managers with strategic issues and employee relations cases.
