The role involves providing essential support across the business, focusing on employee relations and HR generalist functions. Employee relations advisory support experience is essential. If your experience is within the leisure, entertainment, hospitality or retail environment that would be an added bonus! You will be able to demonstrate your employment legislation and policy knowledge seamlessly and have a friendly and approachable manner that partners with business leaders and team members alike to resolve concerns, queries or conflict with ease and compassion. If you're analytical, and eager to progress your career into a partnering role, this could be the job for you.
