A national organization is seeking a HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support. The role is home-based with regular meetings in the Preston Area. Candidates should have extensive employee relations experience and up-to-date knowledge of employment law. This position offers flexible working, generous leave, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Ideal candidates will have a Level 5 CIPD qualification and strong ability in relationship building with teams across the organization.

We are seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join our small but very busy HR Team, working 37.5 hours per week. The role will be home based but there will be a requirement to attend in person team meetings on a regular basis within the Preston Area.
