Profile

• Is currently operating as HR Business Partner in manufacturing, logistics, engineering or consultation
• Proven HR partnering experience in operational industries
• Strong ER knowledge and ability to handle complex cases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
