Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in North London is seeking an HR Business Partner to enhance business performance through effective HR evaluation and support. The role involves working closely with management, maintaining performance data, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Candidates should have a degree and CIPD qualification along with strong experience in change management. The position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum and operates on a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level.
  • CIPD qualified at Member status (or working towards).
  • Up to date knowledge of UK HR practice and employment law.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key member of the Regional team to enable enhanced business performance.
  • Use performance data to identify issues and improve performance.
  • Provide proactive support in performance management processes.
