A leading food company in Stoke-on-Trent seeks a Senior HR Business Partner for a site-based role. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies for a bakery site and will manage a dedicated HR team. Key responsibilities include managing Trade Union negotiations and promoting a positive work environment. The role offers a salary around £60,000, plus car allowance and bonus, along with benefits such as a pension scheme and life assurance.

Please note: this is asite based role, as you will be working with and supporting colleagues that work full time on site.
Working in partnership with the Factory General Manager, the site leadership team and as part of a wider HR Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the key HR objectives for our Mr Kipling bakery site of circa 500 people. This role is for an initial 2 year fixed term contract.
You will achieve these goals through effective coaching, leading by example and managing KPI performance, as well as being the site expert for all aspects of HR, including ER, engagement, L&D, recruitment. You will also have responsibility for leading the site HR team.
