A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Interim Senior HR Advisor for a role based in South Derbyshire. The position, which may transition to permanent, requires a proactive HR generalist with significant advisory experience. Key responsibilities include partnering with management to enhance performance, providing HR policy guidance, and handling employee benefits. Ideal candidates will hold a CIPD Chartered membership and possess strong interpersonal skills. This full-time position offers a salary up to £45,000, along with additional benefits.
FTC - likely to go permanent
South Derbyshire - 2 days on site, 3 days at home
Full Time - 37.5 hrs per week (weekly early finish also)

We are looking for a proactive and hands on HR generalist to play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and aligning People Operations activity with organisational objectives. The successful candidate will build strong relationships across the business, provide trusted HR guidance, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Suited to candidates who are immediately available or have short notice periods.
This process will initially move quickly, with interviews planned 17th, 18th and 19th December, then final on-site interviews to take place in early January. The successful candidate will need to be able to start in January 2026.
