Build and maintain relationships with public authorities at different levels related to Xiaomi's business, including ministries, local authorities, etc.
Provide in-depth analysis of mobility industry policies and regulations related to Xiaomi’s business in Europe, identifying and monitoring potential risks, and providing policy advice.
Coordinate mobility industrial association memberships relevant to Xiaomi’s business and develop and manage a network of contacts with industrial partners.
Represent Xiaomi’s position in regular interactions with government officials, think tanks, international organizations, and other public agencies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with local business units (such as R&D, sales, and marketing teams) and support relevant issues.
Assist the mobility team in conducting policy analysis and facilitating activities at the European level.
Requirements:
Experience dealing with government departments and public authorities; 3 years of working experience in government, GR/PA departments, or consultancy is preferred.
Deep knowledge of the mobility industry, current mobility policies, and regulations.
Objective-oriented with strong analytical, presentation, business sense, and self-motivation. Excellent self-management and time-management skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Xiaomi positively.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Public Relations, International Studies, Political Science, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
Fluent in a European language with proficient English skills (spoken and written).
