Project Overview

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU-funded project called: European Perspectives on Digital China (EPDC). We are seeking experts to support the core team during this project. The objective of this assignment is to enhance the resilience of EU bilateral relations with China in digital policies and technologies.

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Duration: Starting October 2025, for 36 months

Key Expert: Team Leader

1. Qualifications:
   • University degree at Master’s level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as Public Policies, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, China Studies, Law, Engineering, Science and Technology, Business Administration, or a Bachelor’s level degree with an additional five years of relevant experience.
   • High proficiency in English (CEFR level C1 or higher), demonstrated by certificate or relevant experience.
2. Experience:
   • At least 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in sectors relevant to digital policies, AI, semiconductors, 5G, data economy, cloud computing, surveillance technology, smart cities, data and cybersecurity legislation, telecommunications, e-commerce, or mobile payments.
   • Successful completion of at least two research assignments related to digital policies, analysis, or strategic studies in the last 5 years, totaling at least 1 year.
   • At least one leadership role in a relevant assignment in the past 5 years.
3. Assets:
   • Knowledge of the Chinese digital sector.
   • Knowledge of EU digital policies.
   • Understanding of EU procedures, especially related to service contracts.
