Description du poste

Job Description:

1. Build and maintain relationships with public authorities at various levels related to Xiaomi’s business, including ministries and local authorities.
2. Provide in-depth analysis of mobility industry policies and regulations affecting Xiaomi in Europe, identify potential risks, and offer policy advice.
3. Coordinate memberships in mobility industrial associations relevant to Xiaomi and develop a network of contacts with industry partners.
4. Represent Xiaomi’s position in interactions with government, think tanks, international organizations, and other public agencies.
5. Collaborate with local business units (such as R&D, sales, and marketing) and support relevant activities.
6. Assist the mobility team with policy analysis and facilitate activities at the European level.

Requirements:

1. Experience working with government departments and public authorities; 3 years in government, GR/PA departments of corporations, or consultancy is preferred.
2. Deep knowledge of the mobility industry, current policies, and regulations.
3. Objective-oriented, with strong analytical, presentation, self-motivation, and time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
4. Excellent social and interpersonal skills to positively represent Xiaomi.
5. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, International Studies, Political Science, Engineering, or related fields.
6. Fluent in a European language with proficient English speaking and writing skills.
