Job Description:
NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU-funded project called: European Perspectives on Digital China (EPDC). We are searching for experts to support the core team during the project's implementation.
The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the resilience of the EU's bilateral relations with China in the field of digital policies and technologies.

Brussels, Belgium (Operational base)
Duration:
Starting October 2025, for 36 months
Key Expert: Team Leader
- University degree at Master’s level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Public Policies, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, China Studies, Law, Engineering, Science and Technology, Business Administration). In absence of a Master’s, a Bachelor’s degree plus five years of additional relevant experience.
- High proficiency in English (written and oral), at least CEFR level C1, demonstrated by certificate or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in sectors relevant to the assignment such as digital policies, AI, semiconductors, 5G, data economy, cloud computing, surveillance technology, smart cities, data and cybersecurity legislation, telecommunications, e-commerce, or mobile payments.
- Experience in research related to digital policies, policy analysis, and strategic studies, with at least two assignments in the last 5 years totaling at least 1 year.
- Experience as a team leader or in a leading role in at least one assignment in the last 5 years.
- Knowledge of the Chinese digital sector and EU digital policies is an asset.
- Knowledge of EU procedures related to service contracts is an asset.
