Job Description

1. Build and maintain relationships with public authorities at different levels related to Xiaomi's business, including ministries, local authorities, etc.
2. Provide in-depth analysis of mobility industry policies and regulations related to Xiaomi’s business in Europe, identifying and monitoring potential risks, and offering policy advice.
3. Coordinate mobility industrial association memberships relevant to Xiaomi’s business and develop and manage a network of contacts with industrial partners.
4. Represent Xiaomi’s position in regular interactions with government officials, think tanks, international organizations, and other public agencies.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with local business units (such as R&D, sales, and marketing teams) and support relevant activities.
6. Assist the mobility team in conducting policy analysis and facilitating activities at the European level.

Requirements

1. Experience in dealing with government departments and public authorities; 3 years of working experience in government, GR/PA departments of corporations, or consultancy is preferred.
2. Deep knowledge of the mobility industry, with a thorough understanding of current mobility policies and regulations.
3. Objective-oriented with good business sense, strong analytical and presentation skills, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, with excellent self-management and time-management skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
4. Strong social skills and outstanding interpersonal communication abilities; able to represent Xiaomi positively.
5. A Bachelor’s Degree or higher, ideally in Public Relations, International Studies, Political Science, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
6. Fluent in a European language with proficient English spoken and written skills.
