We are looking for a technical writer who will report directly to the Vice President, Preconstruction, and play a key role in the development and technical writing, particularly for service proposals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Advise the business development team to ensure that service proposals stand out while respecting the company's image.
• Contribute to the development and updating of tools such as brochures and service proposal presentations.
• Analyze tender documents and follow the action plan defined by the Vice President of Preconstruction.
• Gather necessary information from various stakeholders to prepare proposals.
• Write technical texts in French and English, considering the specific technical aspects of the construction industry.
• Participate in the layout, assembly, and final compilation of tender documents.
• Perform any other related tasks associated with the position.

Specific Aspects of Service Proposals:

• Develop concepts tailored to each proposal.
• Update and adjust employee resumes to meet the needs of service proposals.
• Maintain and adapt project sheets according to the requirements of the proposals.
• Design and assemble presentations (PowerPoint, InDesign, or other tools).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in preparing qualifications and proposals
• Good command of written English
• Advanced proficiency in Acrobat, Word, and InDesign
• Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and written English
