Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Experienced Human Resources Business Partner (f/m) to join our Human Resources Department based in Marignane France.

• Business Partnership: Actively contribute to executing business plans by translating business needs into relevant and appropriate HR solutions.
• HR Policy Deployment & Follow‑up: Deploy HR policies across your scope by leading collective HR actions and providing both individual employee and manager follow‑up.
• Performance Optimization: Support the optimisation of business performance through targeted HR projects & continuous improvement initiatives (lean management).
• Act as a true Business Partner to Management collaborating on organisational design, development opportunities, recruitment, and a wider scope of HR topics.

• Provide and manage HR services to a particular organisational unit in partnership with the business.
• Advising the business on all people‑related matters.
• Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the preparation and interpretation of HR metrics & reports for management.
• Cascade and apply HR policies, E&C standards & national labour regulations towards the management and employees in a specific business scope.
• Ensure coherence and harmonisation in the implementation of Compensation & Benefits training and recruitment policies in coordination with management and according to business objectives.
• Support and encourage the professional development of all employees.
• Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed (e.g., disciplinary action).
• Maintain awareness of any potential compliance risks and act with integrity as the foundation for the company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

• Degree‑educated in the Human Resources field or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of HRBP experience.
• Ability to quickly grasp job skills competencies and industry knowledge.
• Proactive, hands‑on, solution‑oriented, flexible and open‑minded mentality.
• Experience in Project and Change Management.
• Appetite for new technologies with a focus on data‑driven decision making and new digital tools.
• Excellent customer service and client interaction skills.
• Advanced English required; other language skills are a plus.
• Position requires or is eligible for security clearance by recognised authorities.
