Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Head-Of Aircraft Technical Services Performance & Governance (f/m) to join our Support & Services Transversal Services department based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a team interacting with Technical Support, Aircraft MRO, Aircraft Maintenance & Data Services, Technical Data, Service Bulletins and Methods & Tools. As part of Transversal Services, you will be in charge of leading the Performance & Governance department.

We maintain a close relationship with Finance, Business & Programs and Human Resources.

Your challenges:
Performance:
  • Consolidate and elevate risk & opportunities on a monthly basis
  • Consolidate and elevate KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Monitor Projects’ performance on a monthly basis
  • Monitor resources clockings on a monthly basis
  • Manage overall workload (5‑year plan) and capacity for all Aircraft Technical Services and provide inputs for Sales & Operations (S&OP) exercises
  • Monitor subcontracting purchase orders to ensure external activities are covered and paid in due time
Governance:
  • Define/update the overall projects governance on a yearly basis
  • Manage the projects portfolio (collect, elevate) in the frame of Support & Services strategy
  • Drive budget requests (pitches) for all projects
  • Define standards for bottom‑up files of Aircraft Technical Services: workload, projects portfolio, CAPEX, sustaining, needsheets
  • Support project managers: gates, costs monitoring, risks & opportunities, EVM, etc.
Finance:
  • Define together with Finance department the yearly budget for Aircraft Technical Services cost centres (cost base): PEPEX, OPEX, depreciation, secondary costs, external costs
  • Monitor overall cost base performance on a monthly basis
  • Review yearly landing by providing required data to Finance department for FC1, FC2, FC3 exercises
  • Manage CAPEX investments: collect, arbitrate, elevate
  • Manage sustaining budget: collect, arbitrate, elevate
  • Drumbeat unit costs of PSM, Service Bulletins and TechData on a quarterly basis
Communication & Change Management:
  • Consolidate overall communication plan of Aircraft Technical Services
  • Drive implementation of the communication plan
  • Animate and implement change management for key transformation projects and Support & Services initiatives
  • Lead business continuity routines and elevate to Support & Services
Your profile:
  • Master's degree in Audit, Controlling or Finance
  • Strong experience in management
  • Strong experience in operational cost controlling
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience in coordinating multi‑functional teams, ideally in a PMO environment
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of Airbus Helicopters processes, ideally
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace
  • Ability to abstract complex situations and report to senior management
  • Ability to federate and influence
  • Fluent in French and English; Spanish and/or German would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
