Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This role supports the infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the organization's success.

The European Business Operations Manager should be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, an excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and capable of working independently and in a team. 1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on organizational strategies across Europe.
2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams for seamless operations.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret technical communications and customer requests.
5. Provide executive support during European business hours for coordination across time zones.
6. Attend daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned and ensure progress.
7. Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements, presenting solutions for operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related.
• 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Technically adept, quick learner, passionate about sustainability and innovation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and tech skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and able to handle chaos.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
