We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focused on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe. This role supports the infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to stay aligned and ensure task progress.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Energetic, able to handle chaos, productive with little supervision.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on responsibility.
