We seek a European Business Operations Manager to coordinate our business activities across Europe, working directly with senior leadership including the Chief of Staff and the Founder/CEO.

This role requires agility, professionalism, confidentiality, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to tackle challenges, and committed to making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on organizational strategies across Europe.
2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams for seamless operations.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant on technical communications and customer requests.
5. Provide executive support during European business hours to ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
6. Attend daily check-ins to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progress.
7. Contribute to strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Technically adept with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Tech-savvy, quick learner, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Passion for sustainability and innovation.
