Endeavour European Business Operations Manager

Endeavour offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual interested in sustainability and innovation. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams to coordinate our business operations and expansion activities across Europe.

This role is vital to supporting our ecosystem and ensuring the organization's overall health and success. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should think strategically, work well independently and in teams, and be eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, operations) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours to facilitate coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, with the ability to interpret technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
