We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. This role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe, supporting the entire ecosystem and organizational health.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with senior leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progression.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Technical aptitude: Comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Analytical mindset, passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow, capable of handling increasing responsibilities.
