Job Description:

Endeavour offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company transforming the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This role supports the organization’s ecosystem and contributes to its overall success.

The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should think strategically, work well independently and in teams, be self-motivated, eager to face challenges, and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on organizational strategies across Europe.
2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams for seamless operations.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, operations) to align with sustainability and business goals.
4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant with technical communications and customer requests.
5. Provide executive support to the CEO during European business hours, ensuring smooth coordination across time zones.
6. Participate in daily check-ins to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
7. Contribute to strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
8. Identify operational efficiency opportunities and propose solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or related technical business functions.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Technically adept, with the ability to interpret technical issues and customer needs.
• Quick learner, analytical, passionate about sustainability and innovation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Tech-savvy with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Adaptable, autonomous, and eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently and efficiently.
