European Business Operations Manager at Endeavour

Endeavour is seeking a passionate and highly organized European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team. This role involves coordinating business operations and expansion activities across Europe, working closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and various business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant on technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins to stay aligned on priorities.
  7. Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements.
  8. Identify and present solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations or project management.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
