Your role will focus on aftersales customer service, providing technical support, and developing relationships with dealers and customers. As a forklift Aftersales manager for French Market, focusing on aftersales customer service, you will be responsible for providing adequate service to BYD dealers or BYD Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes building the best-in-class regional technical capability, standard and high efficiency technical operation. You will be also in charge of giving trainings and technical support to develop and build a strong links with dealers or end customers. You will be major and direct role that ensure BYD forklift division business development with real impact on customer satisfaction in French Market.
Location and working setup:
This is a full-time role based in the office but requires frequent travel. Flexible and remote working can be applied according to the real situation.
Reporting Line:
The France Forklift Aftersales manager will report directly to the Aftersales Manager of the Forklift Division at BYD Europe
