A leading company in in vitro diagnostics is seeking an M365 Expert to enhance their IS Infrastructure team. In this role, you'll manage the Office 365 platform, support configurations, and ensure optimal performance while collaborating with a global network of professionals. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English; French would be a plus.
• ITIL V4 certifications would be a plus.

We are looking for a M365 Expert who will work and grow within the IS Infrastructure department and will report to the Workplace Technologies Domain Manager within a global team of 16 co-workers.

What will be your responsibilities within bioMérieux?

• To ensure the day-to-day administration of the Office 365 platform's infrastructure and to maintain it in operational conditions.
• Collaborating with global teams to define, configure and support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management (Intune).
• Define and develop M365 strategies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with group standards.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Exchange services. Develop and document an operations manual for it, adhering to defined policies.
• Incident and problem management: will provide expertise for complex incidents and problems, escalation point for L1 and L2, interface with Microsoft Support and various partners. Provide a senior-level of support for L2 teams.
• Participate in projects to evolve or implement the new features of the Office 365 platform.
• Day-to-day operation issues, Service Requests, and project tasks related to messaging infrastructure.
• Produce detailed and accurate technical documentation.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in the Microsoft environment:
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot …)
  • Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management (Intune)
  • Azure AD connect
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerShell cmdlet and scripting (development and optimization)
  • Microsoft Defender for O365 & MDE

• Ability to navigate in an international context.
• Strong technical and problem-solving spirit.
• ITIL V4 certifications would be a plus.
• Fluent in English, French would be a plus.
