Business Development Manager France (Partner Lead)
Role Summary

8x8 is seeking a commercially astute, partner-centric Business Development Manager to lead relationships with a key existing partner in France, driving awareness, enablement, and revenue generation.

You will serve as the primary interface between a very large partner and 8x8's internal teams, aligning go-to-market efforts, building pipeline, and creating joint success. The ideal candidate is experienced in partner-led sales motions, understands how to work cross-functionally to activate complex reseller ecosystems, and is motivated by long-term strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute with a key France Partner to activate their seller community and grow 8x8's visibility across priority verticals.
  2. Deliver identity and needs assessments, and promote enablement programs to train this specific partner, including sales, pre-sales, and account management teams on 8x8's UCaaS / CCaaS portfolio and value proposition.
  3. Develop and implement co-marketing and co-selling initiatives to drive early pipeline momentum.
  4. Build strong relationships with sales leaders, account teams, and marketing functions of the partner to ensure alignment and sustained engagement.
  5. Track, report, and optimize key performance metrics, including partner-sourced pipeline, sales certifications, and campaign effectiveness.
  6. Serve as the voice of this partnership internally at 8x8, working closely with sales, alliances, marketing, enablement, and leadership teams to align priorities.
  7. Support executive sponsor engagement and joint QBRs between this partner and 8x8.
  8. Maintain competitive awareness and provide strategic feedback to help shape 8x8's partner strategy in France.

This role will focus 70% of your time on one key 8x8 partner and 30% on acquisition and onboarding of new channel partners in France.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or channel sales roles within SaaS or cloud communications industries.
  • Proven track record of activating and scaling relationships with IT resellers, distributors, or systems integrators.
  • Strong understanding of partner-led GTM motions: enablement, account mapping, joint pipeline creation, co-marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and outcome orientation.
  • Comfortable navigating matrixed, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large resellers operating in France is a plus.
