A leading staffing and recruitment company in Paris is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to manage their Apple ecosystem and contribute to operations. This role requires expertise in Apple device administration and strong skills in customer service and project management. The IT Engineer will work in a hybrid model, with a mix of on-site and remote work, impacting 300+ employees' experience.
Full-time - Paris - Hybrid remote work (4 days a week / 1 remote day per week)
The Context
We are looking for an experienced and highly autonomous IT Engineer to join our AI, IT & Transformation team. In the context of international growth (300+ employees - 3 offices: Paris, London, New York), you will take charge of the complete management of our Apple ecosystem and play a key role in the company’s operational continuity.
You will be a member of the Corporate IT & Security department and report to our IT Manager. You will work in close collaboration with our Senior IT Engineer in the UK and with our IT Technician Apprentice for user support activities.
Your Main Responsibilities
Management of Apple France fleet (~300 devices): MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, Apple TV
Advanced administration of Kandji MDM
Management and operational maintenance of our DNS Proxy: Cloudflare Zero Trust
Update campaigns and security policy deployment (CIS Level 1)
Hardware inventory management and complete equipment lifecycle
Level 2 support for complex technical issues
IT onboarding of new employees
IT offboarding and equipment return
Daily equipment provisioning
User training and enablement
Meeting room management and audiovisual equipment (Google Meet Hardware)
Coordination with Office Management Team:
Digital signage (Apple TV)
Building access control supervision (GENEA) operational maintenance
Relations with network and infrastructure providers (outsourced network)
Participation in IT stack modernisation projects
Process optimisation with artificial intelligence and no-code automations
Technical Environment
Complete Apple suite (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Kandji, ABM)
SaaS Stack: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion
AI/Automation Stack: Dust AI, Make.com, Prompting best practices…
Infrastructure: Juniper Mist, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Okta
Security: Datadog (SIEM), Genea (access control)
Support: Siit.io (currently migrating from Jira Service Management)
Technical Expertise
Proven experience in Apple environment administration
Proven Apple MDM expertise - we currently use Kandji but strong JAMF experience is perfectly suitable
Okta platform management: Okta administration & Workflows
SaaS environment Best Practices: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion…
Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
Understanding of enterprise security challenges
Soft Skills
Autonomous project leadership: ability to plan, execute and coordinate technical projects and deployments while prioritising effectively in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication & customer service skills: activity reporting, technical documentation, results presentation, with pedagogical patience and user-oriented approach
