- Creates customer-centric communications and the execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, and reactivation across the markets.
- Sets up manual & automated mailings and push notifications to ensure every touchpoint aligns with customer needs and supports the strategic vision.
- Leverage state-of-the-art development and testing approaches, combined with modern technology, to ensure that campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives.
- Works with our product, loyalty, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that communications are on-brand and impactful.
- Creates engaging and relevant content for direct marketing initiatives to existing customers to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Implementation of Central CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Newsletters).
- Monitors campaign performance to ensure consistency, streamline monitoring and leverage insights for impactful interactions and knowledge sharing.
- Benchmarking, providing new ideas for touchpoints in A / B test scenarios.
- Aligns with other functions e.g., Campaigns & Promotions, CRM, Own Brand Food acceleration, Social Media, Loyalty on CRM activity including best practice sharing with other CRM Campaign managers across markets.
Optional support :
- Sampling / Insert into parcel (Own Brand brochure, true new customer leaflet, food samples ...) planning, execution, A / B testing and analysis.
- Postal print mailings from conception to execution and reporting (agency selection, graphics briefing, coupon code generation, customer segmentation until send-out and results analysis). Single point of contact to external print agencies.
Focusing on KPIs such as :
- Revenue generated through direct marketing channels.
- Customer and / or sales retention "loyalty".
- Activation.
- Engagement.
- Reactivation.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of Marketing Automation and CRM experience.
- BSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, tech, or related field.
- Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes, ideally experience in FMCG.
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers, driving Campaigns.
- Fluent in English, and Dutch language at fluent level (B2).
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-impact projects.
