We are looking for a person with a university degree in Marketing / Communication / Business for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist, integrated into the Wind & Hydrogen department.

Location : Ingeteam’s workplace in Sarriguren (Navarra) / Zamudio (Bizkaia).

MISSION :

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Global Marketing Director of the corresponding sector, assisting in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms and channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Campaign Management: Assist the Global Marketing Director in planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, social media, and email.
2. Content Creation: Develop, write, and proofread engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, emails, and website, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
3. SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, manage SEO and SEM initiatives, and monitor rankings to boost organic traffic and optimize paid search efforts.
4. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools, providing data-driven recommendations.
5. Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media content calendars. Monitor engagement and respond to interactions to boost brand presence.
6. Email Marketing: Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of email campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and A / B testing.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with design, commercial, and product teams to create cohesive, impactful campaigns, ensuring alignment with the business unit goals.

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Native English speaker with Spanish proficiency required or fully bilingual (Spanish / English); strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Experienced in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics) and marketing automation platforms.
4. Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimization. Well-versed in landing page optimization, A / B testing, and user funnels.
5. Strong mix of analytical thinking and creative execution.
6. Organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
7. Possess a B1 driving license.

PREFERRED SKILLS :

1. Design skills or familiarity with graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset.

1. Full-time with a flexible split schedule. From Monday to Thursday, 8.5 working hours plus lunch time, with flexible start times from 7:00 to 9:30 am. Fridays in July and August: continuous schedule of 6 hours, with flexible start times from 7:00 to 9:30 am.
