Skeepers is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and driving the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce Skeepers' solutions and value proposition.
- Qualification: Assess the needs and challenges of potential clients to determine alignment with Skeepers' offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for targeting and engaging potential clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-ups.
- Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams based on interactions with prospects to help refine offerings and messaging.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and connect with a diverse range of individuals.
- Self-Motivation: Proactive and driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools; familiarity with platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous.
