About the Role
We are seeking a strategically minded individual to contribute to service excellence and deliver a standout customer experience through campaigns and initiatives that enhance the visibility of O&J's Aftersales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement aftersales marketing strategies to increase visibility, brand awareness, and positioning of O&J's aftersales services in the automotive market.
- Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns targeting both dealers and end customers, utilizing digital and traditional channels such as email marketing, social media, CRM, direct marketing, and in-person events.
- Analyze performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage the aftersales marketing budget efficiently, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and ROI.
- Coordinate department-specific events and collaborate across departments to organize events for the dealer network and end customers.
- Work closely with the Spare Parts Manager to align marketing initiatives with commercial and strategic objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities, manage strategic suppliers, and lead initiatives that drive innovation in the aftersales experience.
- Oversee the development and follow-up of the budget and monitor the P&L performance of the marketing area.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering, or machinery engineering.
- Professional experience: Over 4 years in Marketing Aftersales within the automotive sector.
- Proficiency with tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Pardot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language: English as the working language.
