What are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated Project Administrative Technician to join our growing team in the pharmaceutical industry.

The challenge!

Responsibilities :

• Management and creation of orders for international flows
• Supervision of order and billing flows (automatic and manual)
• Control and supervision of SAP R3 / SAP S4 master data for different flows
• Management of incidents in order flow and logistics shipments
• Control and dispatch of reports and logistics documentation
• Support for improvements and automation and digitalization projects
• Back office support to the Global Supply Chain area

What do you need?

• Languages : Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
• Experience (years / area) : +3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Specific Knowledge : SAP RS / HANA. Excel.
• Personal skills : impact and influence, ability to maintain a positive work environment, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible start time from Monday to Friday (full-time 40 hours).
