About The Position

The Field & Channel Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support for field and channel marketing activities. This role assists with event planning, campaign tracking, and partner communications. The Coordinator helps ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs and supports the marketing team in achieving departmental objectives.

The position is based in Barcelona office, we have a hybrid work model with minimum of 2 days in the office. Applicants must hold a valid Right to Work in Spain.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with field marketers to execute regional demand generation programs, ensuring they are executed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Event Support : Manage event logistics, including material shipments, setup, onsite services, staffing, and communications.
  • Research and procure promotional items, oversee and maintain event marketing material inventory, including literature, giveaways, executive gifts, and print production coordination when necessary.
  • Shipping Coordination : Assist in packing and shipping marketing materials and swag to events or partners.
  • Basic Data Entry : Review and cross-reference lead information.
  • Team Support : Help with general tasks for the marketing team as needed.
  • Content Creation : Support the development of basic marketing materials, such as postcard and emails.
  • Oversee event website content, support survey development, and support social media plans.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, And Skills

  • High School diploma, or equivalent.
  • Foundational experience in a marketing role, internship, or relevant support position, with the ability to assist in the execution of basic marketing tasks and support the broader team in field and channel marketing efforts.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, gained through coursework, internships, or entry-level positions.
  • Experience in event support or administrative tasks.
  • Experience with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Basic Marketing Knowledge : Understanding of simple marketing concepts.
  • Event Support : Ability to help set up for events.
  • Office Software Skills : Basic use of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Data Entry : Ability to review, enter and update information accurately.
  • Communication Skills : Basic ability to share information clearly with others.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to keep tasks organized and on track.
  • Attention to Detail : Careful about details in tasks and data.
  • Adaptability : Willingness to adjust to new tasks or changes.
  • Team Player : Ability to work well with others.
  • Basic Problem-Solving : Capability to notice issues and ask for help when needed.
  • Fundamental understanding of the industry, company processes, and specific job functions.
