Omoda Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, a leading Chinese automobile company. Omoda & Jaecoo operates individually from other brands of Chery Group.
The role involves designing and implementing aftersales marketing strategies to increase visibility, brand awareness, and positioning of O&J's aftersales services in the automotive market.
Responsibilities include planning and executing omnichannel campaigns targeting both dealers and end customers using digital and traditional channels such as email marketing, social media, CRM, direct marketing actions, and in-person events.
Key performance metrics are analyzed to optimize campaigns, improve the effectiveness of marketing actions, and ensure the brand's competitiveness.
A key aspect of the role is managing the aftersales marketing budget efficiently, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and return on investment.
Coordinating department-specific events and collaborating with other areas of the company to organize events aimed at the dealer network and final customers is also part of the job.
This position works closely with the Spare Parts Manager to whom the role directly reports, aligning marketing initiatives with commercial and strategic objectives of the department.
Growth opportunities are identified, strategic suppliers are managed, and initiatives that drive innovation and added value in the aftersales experience are led.
Leadership skills are required to develop and follow up on assigned budgets and oversee P&L performance of the aftersales marketing area.
