We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Barcelona, or remotely. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial briefings with leaders to finalizing hires.

Your main responsibilities will include attracting active and inactive candidates through various methods such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and social media, and building a pipeline of top talent.

You will conduct phone and video interviews according to job requirements, present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, and build strong relationships with project managers and clients.

Achieving KPIs for recruitment processes and leading projects related to attracting and including diverse profiles are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements :

  • University Degree in Business, Economics, Law, Psychology, HR, etc.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in recruitment, digital recruitment, or HR
  • Interest in recruitment and HR projects, mainly using cutting-edge technology
  • Business acumen to understand business needs through specific profiles
  • Skills in assessment and coaching are a plus
  • Fluency in French, good level of Spanish, and at least one more European language (English, German, Portuguese, or Italian) is preferred
  • Comfortable with new technologies, Google Suite, and digital search tools
  • Fast learner with a continuous learning attitude and high capacity for autonomous work
