1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all IT positions.
2. Handle top-of-funnel recruiting, including research, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
3. Utilize social media for proactive sourcing and posting job offers.
4. Develop innovative strategies to find top talent.
5. Work primarily on technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data, etc.) as well as on PM, CTO, SM roles.
6. Manage your candidate pipeline and identify potential future opportunities.
7. Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
8. Evaluate candidates based on interviews and assignments.
9. Build long-term relationships with potential candidates.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Team-player, detail-oriented, organized, with good communication skills.
• Passion for the IT industry.
