We are seeking a Fullstack with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS Bedrock and Python along with domain experience in OMICS Pipeline development. The candidate will contribute to innovative projects that impact society positively.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and maintain software solutions using AWS Bedrock and Python to support OMICS Pipeline development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize bioinformatics workflows.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of software applications by leveraging cloud-based solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance project outcomes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain system performance and integrity.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Document software designs, technical specifications, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Work in a hybrid model, balancing remote and on-site work to maximize productivity and collaboration.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :

• Strong expertise in AWS Bedrock and Python with a proven track record in software development.
• Domain experience in OMICS Pipeline development, demonstrating an understanding of bioinformatics workflows.
• Proficiency in Spanish (Native Speaker) and English (Read / Write / Speak) to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 6 years of relevant experience in software engineering.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
