Descripción del empleo

  • You will be responsible for planning and executing cross-functional projects across various business units and value streams.
  • In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the right expertise is utilized and key priorities are addressed, ultimately delivering measurable results.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks will also be part of your responsibilities. You will actively address project challenges.
  • Define mitigation strategies, and ensure projects are executed efficiently, meeting quality and timing expectations.
  • You will support the business by analyzing and improving existing processes. By promoting and implementing lean methods, you will enable quicker, more transparent, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Organizing and delivering targeted training sessions, such as those focusing on Project Management or Lean methodologies, will be another way you contribute to building capabilities and enhancing team effectiveness.
  • You have a deep understanding of company culture, political dynamics, and stakeholder priorities—and know how to navigate them effectively.
  • You are able to efficiently analyze, interpret and use data to drive and implement digital transformation projects.

What makes you great

  • A professional degree, ideally in Engineering or Business, forms the foundation of your qualifications, complemented by 0–3 years of business experience.
  • Successfully delivered projects demonstrate your ability to achieve tangible results.
  • Analytical, conceptual, and methodical thinking are among your core strengths.
  • Proficiency with problem-solving tools such as Lean, Six Sigma (LSS), or Agile methodologies is something you bring to the table.
  • With excellent project management skills, you are adept at handling complex initiatives effectively.
  • Your experience includes managing high-stakes negotiations and communicating with senior management in a clear and impactful way.
  • Knowledge of at least one core value stream, such as Lean & PGP Production, Strategy & Business Processes, or Bulk Production & Delivery, and / or expertise in Business Development rounds out your profile.
  • You are skilled at driving and influencing change, with a proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes and outcomes.
  • Ambiguities and uncertainties don't throw you off course; instead, you thrive in dynamic environments with adaptability and resilience.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed are a given for you.
  • You are a hands-on problem solver who is ready to take on any responsibility to achieve project success.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work—if you’re fluent in German and English!
