We are looking for talented Mobile Developers with a strong focus on React Native to join our team as we build a new product line of customizable mobile applications for the iGaming industry. As a Mobile Developer, you will collaborate with the Mobile Tech Lead and other engineers to design, develop, and maintain mobile applications that provide unique experiences for each of our brands.

You will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from transforming designs and wireframes into efficient, high-quality code to ensuring the application’s scalability and performance. A strong emphasis on DevOps practices—continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI / CD), and iterative releases—is key, as we aim to release small, frequent updates and leverage rapid feedback loops to improve the product.

Responsibilities

1. Mobile Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms. We use Expo to maximize productivity.
2. DevOps & CI / CD: Embrace a DevOps philosophy, promoting small, frequent releases and continuous improvement through feedback loops. Collaborate to establish CI / CD pipelines using Expo EAS cloud services.
3. Component-Based Design: Build reusable, modular components and libraries for maintainability across brands.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and backend developers to meet technical and functional requirements.
5. Testing & Quality: Ensure code quality through automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
6. Feedback Loops: Regularly incorporate stakeholder and user feedback for iterative improvements.
7. API Integration: Work with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, including maintaining lightweight middleware with Supabase.
8. Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure performance and quality are consistent across iOS and Android.
9. Documentation: Create clear technical documentation for maintainability and onboarding.

Qualifications and Skills

1. 4+ years of professional mobile development experience with React Native.
2. Deep understanding of React Native, including hooks, components, navigation, and state management.
3. Solid knowledge of mobile development for iOS and Android.
4. Passion for CI/CD and iterative release practices.
5. Experience working in agile teams with feedback-driven development.
6. Proficiency with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
7. Strong Git skills for version control.
8. Experience with mobile testing frameworks.
9. Effective collaboration and communication skills.
10. Pragmatic problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Points

1. Experience in the iGaming industry.
2. Native iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) development experience.
3. Web development experience.
4. Knowledge of third-party SDKs (analytics, payments, geolocation).
