We’re looking for a Hotel Contractor to join our Business Team at Weekendesk in Barcelona.

Ready to take on the challenge?

  • Benchmarking: Qualify and create a database of new hotels according to our specifications.
  • Recruit new hotel partners and activity centers to expand our website offer, following the procurement plan.
  • Support the Marketing department with campaigns through negotiation and coordination.
  • Assist the sales team with daily needs and client outreach.
  • Identify top destinations and focus on strategic business planning.
  • Meet objectives set by KPIs.
  • Cold-call hotels to establish partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Negotiate packages and offers for the website.
  • Perform final quality checks on website content.
  • Manage contracts to deliver new products promptly, maintaining high quality throughout the year.

Contract Details:

Permanent contract with a 3-month trial period.

Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office, 2 remote, plus 10 remote days per year across Europe.
