What You’ll Do

As Product Manager, you will be the key interface between the customer, sales, R&D, and marketing. Your mission: drive product localization, gather market intelligence, support commercialization efforts, and ensure our solutions truly meet European user expectations.

You will:

• Own the full product lifecycle for our emergency care products (focus: AEDs) in Europe.
• Collect and translate regional market insights into actionable product features and improvements.
• Partner with local sales teams to deliver effective tools, training, and marketing materials.
• Support regulatory and clinical alignment with EU standards (e.g. MDR, ISO 13485).
• Conduct competitive analysis and represent PRIMEDIC at key industry events and customer visits.
• Work closely with R&D to ensure European user needs are reflected in product development.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Marketing, or International Business.
• 3+ years of experience in the medical device sector, preferably in emergency care or cardiology.
• Strong knowledge of European markets and regulations (e.g. MDR).
• Fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus.
• Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and ability to navigate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Open to regional business travel (10–20%).
• Commercial mindset with interest in career development into regional sales leadership is highly valued.
