The successful candidate will need to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, including digital data, systems, and networks. In addition, they should protect information from cyber threats and security breaches.

What else does the job involve?

• Develop and implement EU information security policies, procedures, and guidelines to mitigate risk.
• Ensure compliance with EU standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Manage security incidents, conduct security awareness training, and act as European AI Officer to ensure compliance with the European AI Act.

What skills should I bring?

• Years of professional experience in information security with a comprehensive understanding of Information Security Networks.
• Ability to manage a team, as this is a key role with plans to expand the team around the successful candidate.
• Knowledge of security engineering initiatives.
• Ability to liaise with infrastructure and product engineering teams.
• Strong German and English language skills.
