Job Description:
This position supports a global industry scope and may be filled from other time:matters entities. A valid work permit is required.
- Define, communicate, and execute an aligned product vision, strategy, and marketing
- Manage product cost, revenue, quality, profitability, and roadmap
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors' abilities and execute actions for improvement
- Collaborate with operational tracking teams globally to ensure continuous product development and production
- Continuously improve tracking processes and systems based on stringent KPIs
- Drive digitization, automation, and innovation
- Work closely with IT, project management, and other stakeholders
- Monitor performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions
- Communicate vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders
- Shape an efficient, high-performing tracking organization together with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, Master's degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
- Proven experience in the logistics sector
- Freight forwarding and product management expertise
- Strong conceptual, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
- Proven ability in data-driven decision making
- Excellent English and German skills (verbal and written)
- Business travel required
